You can factor any portion of your Sales Commission at any time before Settlement. You manage how much you factor (all or part of the Sales Commission) and when you need it.
The first step is to fill in the Online Registration. This is a 60 second task. You can either fill in the online form or download our complete word version here Registration Form
Using those details we will then send you our Factoring Agreement to read, sign and return.
Once that’s done, that’s it. You don’t do it again. You are ready to factor.
Then send us your unconditional “Contract of Sale” and your “Sales Agency Agreement” along with our “New transaction details” form whenever you want some cash in your bank account that day or overnight.
We will analyse the documents and pay you in the same day.

Register
Get registered by completing our form. We will send you our Factoring Agreement to read and sign. Once done, you can start factoring anytime that suits you

Send your contract
Send your unconditional Contract of Sale details via fax or email and tell us what you wish to factor.
We will quickly review them and send our funding offer.

Get paid
Accept our funding offer. We can pay you in the same day. When the Contract settles, the Deposit Holder pays us direct (not you).
When settlement occurs, the deposit holder will pay Real Estate Factoring, the gross amount of Sales Commission that you factored.
