| 2 | We will send you the Factoring Agreement to read and sign. It’s really short, fair and easy to read.Once you return the signed Agreement back to us (by fax or email), we can advance you all or some of your Sales Commission in the same day. |
To advance your Sales Commission you just need to follow these three steps:
| 1 | Fill in the “New Transaction Details” form and send us your unconditional exchanged “Contract of Sale” and Sales Agency Agreement information to admin@workfinance.com.au or fax 02 9968 2564. |
| 2 | We analyse the documents and send back our “Letter of Offer” for you to sign and fax back. That’s it. We are agreed. It’s done! |
| 3 | We will credit your bank account the same day with your factored Sales Commission amount (net of our discount fee). |
On the date the “Contract of Sale” is to settle and you get the legal right to your sales commission, then the holder of the deposit that the Purchaser paid to the credit of the Vendor, will instead pay Real Estate Factoring (not you) the Gross Amount of the Sales Commission that you factored with us.
